If it is real, titled, and a lawyer can stand on it, Dualis can consider it. If it is a story about a house on a website, Dualis will not. We serialize what we take. We do not issue a public token against it.

Next — commodity contracts

Gold (and later other bullion) only as a contract a dealer will honour: assay, vault, or sale. Dualis may keep or realize. FMV in CAD that day becomes Fuel or treasury. Not a Dualis gold coin. Not a promise of ounces we do not hold.

Later — titled property

A house is not a checkout button. Appraisal. Land titles. Lawyer. Crown wet-ink. If Dualis takes an interest, it is an interest the registry understands. Then we serialize that interest on our book and decide hold or sell. Fuel, if any, is credited from realized or contracted value — not from a listing photo.

What we will not do

Invent a Dualis token and call the house shares.
Take an asset we cannot take to a lawyer.
Skip tax because the value arrived as metal or land.
Open this door before Fuel rails exist.
